Fanous is an interactive, personalized Arabic children's story app that uses artificial intelligence to create custom content including:
The Service is designed for children aged 3 to 6 under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The account holder (parent/guardian) must be at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child benefiting from it.
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may add up to 5 child profiles (depending on your plan), each including a name, age, and interests. This information is used solely to personalize stories.
Allows browsing ready-made stories and listening to sentences with audio, with one child profile.
Includes all Free plan features plus unlimited personalized story creation and up to 5 child profiles. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically unless cancelled.
Payments and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's policies, including cancellation and refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.
Stories, illustrations, and audio recordings are generated using AI models. While we strive to ensure quality and appropriateness:
All intellectual property rights relating to the Service (including trademarks, design, and source code) are owned by Fanous.
Personalized stories created for your account may be used for personal and educational purposes. They may not be republished, sold, or commercially distributed without prior written permission.
You may not use the Service to:
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon account deletion, all associated data including child profiles and personalized stories will be permanently deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably; otherwise the matter will be referred to the competent judicial authorities.
